GifCam – 小巧简单实用的GIF动画制作工具，完全免费且无广告，绿色原生单执行文件。GifCam是一款集录制与编辑为一体的GIF动画录制及制作工具，录制后的GIF动画可以逐帧编辑绘制，录制过程可以移动并调整窗口大小/位置记录所需区域，可以暂停/继续，录制范围内无变化则不增加新帧而只增加延时，有效较小文件尺寸，可手动录制单帧。编辑状态可以查看每一帧，要编辑的帧下可以删除帧/添加或删除帧延迟。

- GifCam 5.5 can access/use 4GB address space on 64 bit machines.
